Once you've sent us your video brief form one of our highly skilled videographers will call to discuss ideas. The videographer will recommend the best creative approach to take based on your requirements, making your video unique and memorable.
Choose a time and date that's convenient for your to shoot your video. It's best to select a time when you know customers will be present, but you should also avoid your busiest hours.

After your consultation we review your brief and produce a shoot plan.  This includes any script elements to the video, questions we'll be asking your interviewee(s), and a shot list of everything we'll be capturing on the day - this will tell you exactly what's going to be in your video.  Once you've signed off the shoot plan you're ready to go!

A professional videographer and Production Runner from our UK wide network will arrive at the agreed time to shoot your video.  Before the shoot begins the videographer will spend a short time going over the shoot plan with you to make sure you're happy with what (s)he'll be filming.  The Gold Premises package allows for a full day shoot, so its likely that we'll be conducting a series of interviews at one or more locations throughout the course of the day.  These could be with: you,  members of your team, or perhaps one of your clients giving an on screen testimonial.  The videographer will walk through your premises to locate the best position for the interviews to take place.  The  crew will then set up lighting equipment and the tracks and dolly (If moving camera shots are required).  (S)he'll then go over the questions with you before shooting each one in turn.  Each interview will last around 20-30 minutes, with 15 minutes or so of lighting changes and altering camera positions in between.  The rest of the shoot day will be spent capturing plenty of shots of your business in action.  It really is as simple as that!

The Gold Premises package allows for a full day in the edit - because we are working with a larger selection of footage and delivering a video that has a longer duration (2mins 30secs).  You can split this material up and request two or three shorter videos if you wish, but the overall duration of edited material will be no longer than 2mins 30secs.  During your edit all the elements of the shoot are skillfully combined with royalty free music, your logos, and captions to produce a first draft version within 5 working days after the shoot.  Then you'll receive a link to download the video file ready for you to review.  We allow for two rounds of changes on the Gold Premises package, so we can work closely with you to refine the end result, ensuring that your video will give maximum impact when its uploaded to your website and across the internet.

Once you've approved your video, its delivered in the free SpectreVids media player - ready for use on your own website and across the internet.  Our in-house team of web marketing experts will upload your video to 8 additional destinations, making sure you get seen by buyers visiting top video and search sites.  Your video will also be made available on request in tablet and smart phone ready format, meaning you can display your video on your phone at networking events, and buyers can see you when they're on the go -  wherever they  might be in the world.  The Gold Premises package also includes 12 monthly video preformance reports, providing you with comprehensive marketing analytics.  We can tell you how many visitors clicked and played your video, where in the world it's been viewed, and track how every person watches your video second by second.
